Dr. Edward Sam Crabbe is a legal practitioner, Notary Public, Governance Consultant, and Regulatory and Tax Advisory professional with over fifteen (15) years of legal practice spanning civil and criminal litigation, with specialisation in corporate law, banking and finance law, commercial law, land law, and labour law.
He is the Managing Partner of Crabbe, Crabbe & Co., a position he has held since October 2015. Prior to founding the Firm, he served as Managing Partner of Crabbe, Romanlevi & Associates (2014–2015) and as Acting Managing Partner of Brookman-Amissah & Associates (2012–2013), where he had earlier practised as a lawyer from 2009. Between 2007 and 2012, he also served as a Resource Person and Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Ghana, Legon.

Patience Kuleke serves as the Head of Human Resources & Administration at Crabbe Crabbe and Co. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is responsible for the Firm's human resource functions, including talent management, employee relations, policy development, performance management, and staff development.
In her role, she oversees administrative operations and the coordination of internal processes in support of the Firm's legal practice.

Rev. Pernell Robert Osei-Boakye Esq. is a legal practitioner, Chartered Banker, academic, and corporate governance professional with over three decades of banking, legal, regulatory, and management experience.
He is a Management Member of Crabbe, Crabbe & Co. and serves as Branch Head of the Firm's Weija Office. He also serves as Board Secretary of a Bank in Ghana, bringing practical boardroom, governance, regulatory, and institutional experience to the Firm's advisory practice.
